Philosophy
For me, dance education is not only about technique, but about how each student builds a relationship with their own body. Through training, students develop confidence, sensitivity, and physical awareness, learning not only how to move, but how to feel more at ease and in control of their body.
My teaching emphasizes listening to the body rather than forcing it. Every movement is connected to the whole person — physically, emotionally, and culturally.
Drawing from somatic practice and Pilates-based principles, I support students in building a strong and well-organized physical foundation. At the same time, my background in Chinese and Mongolian dance traditions brings attention to cultural context, musicality, and emotional expression, so that movement is not only efficient, but also meaningful and alive.
Vision
We live in a fast-paced and increasingly screen-centered world, where it is easy to lose connection with the body. I believe movement offers a way to return to that connection.
Through dance, somatic awareness, and Pilates-based training, I envision a space where people develop presence, balance, and resilience. Whether for artistic expression or physical conditioning, movement becomes a way to support both personal growth and everyday well-being.
Mission
Through Dance Aura, my mission is to create a space where strength and softness coexist — a place where dance education and Pilates-informed training support both artistic development and physical health.
I aim to provide an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and understood, so they can grow with confidence and develop a lasting, positive relationship with their body.
