Philosophy
For me, dance education is not only about technique, but about how each student builds a relationship with their own body. Dance has the power to nurture both confidence and sensitivity—helping children grow stronger and more expressive, while also offering adults a pathway to healing and self-discovery.
My somatic practice emphasizes listening to the body rather than imposing on it. I believe every movement is connected to the whole person—emotionally, physically, and culturally. In my teaching, I encourage students to pay attention to breath, sensation, and inner rhythm, so that dance becomes not just an external form, but a way to connect with the self and with others.
Vision
We are living in a time when artificial intelligence and digital technologies are rapidly transforming how we live, work, and even create. While these tools expand our possibilities, they also remind us of the importance of returning to our own bodies and feelings. Through somatic movement, I envision a future where people reclaim presence, balance, and humanity in a world increasingly shaped by screens and algorithms.
Mission
Through Dance Aura, my mission is to create a space where strength and softness meet—a place where young dancers can grow healthy and confident, and where adults can find healing and renewal through movement. By blending cultural traditions with somatic awareness, I hope to expand the ways dance can serve individuals and communities, offering embodied care and cross-cultural connection in a changing world.
