Rooted in Chinese classical and Mongolian dance traditions, Luna Zhuo is a dance artist and movement educator dedicated to developing strength, flexibility, and expressive movement. Her teaching bridges dance technique, body conditioning, and somatic awareness to help students build healthy, resilient foundations. Her classes are known for their detail, structure, and the strong engagement they inspire in students.
Luna also offers private Pilates sessions as a focused, one-on-one practice. Currently completing the Polestar® Pilates Comprehensive training, she integrates Pilates principles to support alignment, efficient movement, and injury prevention. Through her work, she creates a supportive environment where students of all ages can develop with clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their body.
