Body Foundation Training

Develop strength, flexibility, and healthy alignment through targeted body conditioning.
This training focuses on muscular development, posture, and safe, effective methods, providing a strong foundation for any dance style or physical activity. It integrates ballet fundamentals, along with PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) and Pilates-based exercises, to support proper form, coordination, and movement quality.

Suitable for ages 8 and up.

Modern & Contemporary Dance

Training integrates modern and contemporary movement practices, with an emphasis on floorwork, fluid transitions, and full-body coordination.

Students explore improvisation and fusion-based approaches, developing responsiveness, creativity, and a deeper connection to movement.

Competition preparation is available, supporting versatility, clarity, and performance presence.

Chinese Dance

Explore the elegance of Chinese classical and folk dance, informed by over 30 years of training and a cultural lineage rooted in Mongolian traditions.

Students develop foundational technique, expressive movement, and cultural understanding, while building both strength and artistry. Training draws from extensive performance experience on international stages, bringing depth and professionalism into the learning process.

Competition preparation is available for solo and small group (2–6 dancers) performances.

Technique & Conditioning

Flexibility, turns, jumps, and technical skills to build a strong foundation.

Incorporating PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) and Pilates-based methods to support safe, effective development. Private conditioning sessions are also available. This foundation supports all dance styles, helping students build strength, alignment, and body awareness for long-term progress.

Dance Styles

Modern, Contemporary, Chinese, Ethnic, and expressive movement training.

This training builds a strong foundation for performance, developing clarity, control, and presence before choreography and stage work. Creating an engaging, supportive environment where students build confidence, consistency, and a deeper connection to movement.

Performance & Choreography

剧目 / 比赛 / 编创

Repertoire, competition preparation, and original choreography.

Drawing from a diverse movement background, choreography is tailored to each dancer, supporting versatility, individuality, and performance presence. Choreographic work may also involve collaboration with both Eastern and Western-trained instructors.

  • Private: $120+ depending on project

All sessions are available as private, duet, trio, or small group (up to 4 students).

Most students train in duets or small groups for both quality and consistency, offering a more cost-effective option while maintaining personalized attention.

Packages are available for students committed to consistent weekly training.
