My training is certified on Polestar® Pilates (Comprehensive training, 500+ hours), somatic movement education, and years of experience as a dancer and dance educator.

Sessions are designed to improve posture, build core strength, and reduce unnecessary tension in the body. Over time, students often feel more stable, more coordinated, and more at ease in their movement.

Rather than just completing exercises, the goal is to help each person feel more supported, balanced, and confident in their body.
